Great service and good spicy ramen and my colleague ordered a beef bowl. Was here 2 years ago and the food was just as good.

If you're craving some yummy ramen, this is a great place to check out. Their broth hits the right spot, al dente noodles are just right and the options for other dishes are endless. Their broth hits location is in a mall strip, as most places are, so parking isn't an issue. Very clean and spacious inside. Service was great and quick. I was too hungry to take any pictures. Next time, for sure!

Best Ramen in this area I am vegetarian so I have to either order the vegetarian Ramen, or swap the broth for a vegetarian broth and customize my ramen. I like that this location allows you to make swaps and customizations to the Ramen. The kimchi ramen specifically is my favorite great, cute, clean location great for dine in, but also super quick with their takeout as well!

Writing this after my second visit to this spot. Genuinely the best ramen I've had in my life so far it's fantastic. Service is fast and I always get my food within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The broths (especially the spicy) are bursting with flavor. I've gotten two bowls now (spicy sliced beef, and spicy miso) and both were amazing. I prefer the sliced beef bowl out of the two, but thoroughly enjoyed both. I also got the chicken and pork buns, which are both very flavorful. The chicken is flaky and fried to perfection, and the pork is tender and melts apart in your mouth. If this review doesn't sell you, let the pictures do it (because they will). Strong 5/5. If you're around Ewing this is a must visit spot.

The ramen here is amazing, probably the best we have had in NJ! My husband got the vegetarian Mabo Tofu Ramen, and I got the Spicy Burn Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen with Thai Tea bubble tea. First the multiple options for vegetarians was amazing because it wasn't just the same old plain veggie broth the other restaurants serve. It actually had lots of flavor, which was a nice change from the usual ramen places. The non-veg options were endless. I loved the spicy and garlic taste of my ramen. The chashu was also very soft and melted right in my mouth. The flavors were so good. I want to go there again already just thinking about it.

Great service that is quick. I've gotten two kinds of soup there, a chicken and a vegetable, and they were so fresh. Their hall eggs are PERFECT. I only ordered take out but the dining room looks clean, there are plenty of tables and chairs, and they have benches at the front to wait for your takeout. Parking is really easy there. Little pricey, but it's quality food.

GREAT ramen. I did not know that good ramen was hard to find until I started comparing others to this place and they didn't even come close. Great ramen flavor, toppings and portion. I no longer live in the area and will miss this place dearly.

In the past 3 months, we ate there once and picked up food from there another time. The people here are very friendly and prepare the food quickly. The place is very clean. In all, we had six ramens prepared by them and each dish was great, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The kids are crazy about this place and want to eat there every week. Very happy overall and will go back there soon.

Was my first visit here on a Saturday afternoon the beginning of August. Lots of great food on the menu. My friend had fried rice and I ordered the tan tan ramen. Now I can only comment about the ramen but as someone who lived in Japan for 3 + years, this was so delicious. I couldn't believe how tender and tasty the chashu tasted. Service was great! I highly recommend this noodle spot!

Great ramen spot! I will definitely be coming back. Clean dining room, booth options, or singular table options. Quick staff and efficient ordering. They were very quick to seat us, give us menus and water, and take our orders. Our food was out within 10 minutes! It was all correct and hot (very important and hard to do when you order and get the food out so fast). We ordered: Tonkotsu Ramen, Chicken Katsu Shoyu Ramen, Pork Buns, and a side of white rice. The Chicken Katsu Shoyu Ramen was so flavorful and well seasoned. The chicken katsu was on the side and crispy but not too over cooked or dry. Very good, seems like panko coating! The broth was a bit thicker than a normal Shoyu ramen but not as thick as a Tonkotsu broth. The pork buns were the perfect combination of fluffy and fatty. Best ramen spot I've found in the area for sure.
